By accessing or using the Eggless website, creating an Eggless account, placing an order, participating in the Eggless rewards program, or using other Eggless services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the applicable Eggless services.

Eggless offers frozen-treat releases and related customer services through our website and associated systems.

Features may include customer accounts, limited product drops, Collections, One Off Creations, ordering and pickup features, rewards, Taste Profiles, customer feedback, release access, and communications about Eggless products and services.

Certain products, quantities, release times, pickup windows, customer access levels, or features may be limited or subject to availability.

Some Eggless features require a customer account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

Product listings, availability, release times, quantities, pickup windows, and pricing may change before an order is completed.

Adding a product to a cart does not guarantee that the product is reserved or available until the transaction has been successfully completed.

Eggless may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, correct pricing or listing errors, or modify release availability where reasonably necessary.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors. Applicable charges will be displayed during the checkout process before a customer completes a purchase.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount associated with your order.

Eggless Text Alerts is an optional recurring SMS and MMS marketing program. Customers may enroll through the Text Alerts section of their Eggless customer account.

Subscribers may receive messages from Eggless about frozen-treat Collections, One Off Creations, upcoming product drops, product releases, availability, and related promotional announcements.

Enrollment in Eggless Text Alerts is voluntary. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Eggless.

Customers may choose whether to receive Collection Alerts, One Off Creations alerts, or both where those preferences are available.

Customers may also update their Text Alert preferences through their Eggless account.

To stop receiving Eggless Text Alerts, reply STOP to an Eggless message. After an opt-out request is processed, no additional marketing messages will be sent unless the customer subsequently provides valid consent to subscribe again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Participation in Eggless Text Alerts is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Eggless may provide rewards, points, access levels, customer tiers, promotional benefits, or other member features.

Rewards and member features may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, availability, release rules, or program conditions.

Eggless may modify or discontinue rewards features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Eggless may allow customers to provide taste preferences, ratings, product feedback, flavor notes, and similar information.

This information may be used to personalize customer experiences, understand customer preferences, improve existing products, and inform future Eggless product development.

You may not use Eggless services to interfere with the operation or security of our systems, attempt unauthorized access, misuse customer accounts, submit fraudulent orders, disrupt product-release systems, or violate applicable law.

The Eggless name, branding, graphics, website design, product presentation, written content, and other materials made available by Eggless may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Eggless intellectual property.

Eggless may rely on third-party providers for services such as payment processing, communications, authentication, hosting, infrastructure, or other functionality.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to terms or policies provided by those third parties.

We work to maintain reliable Eggless services, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party services, network conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eggless services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eggless will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use Eggless services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Eggless may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

When changes are made, we may update the effective date displayed at the top of this page.
